Match Doctors Hub

The MD Hub is designed to streamline your course application process by allowing you to securely upload necessary documents, download important forms, track the status of your application, and communicate directly with our counsellors. It provides a centralized and efficient way to manage all aspects of your application in one place.

If you are eligible for our preparation courses, you will receive an email including access to the MD Hub.

You can reset you password from the log-in page.

You can replace a document if it hasn’t yet been approved by your counsellor. Once the document has been approved, you should directly get in touch with your counsellor for any document changes.

You can use the chat option to write to your counsellor. Alternatively you can request them to call you at their earliest convenience.

You should expect a response from our team within two working days. However, depending on the amount of messages we receive, it could take a bit longer.

You will receive an email notification whenever there are updates on your application.

You can follow the progress of your application on the dashboard.

The application process consists of selecting the right course, uploading all the necessary documents and having them approved by one of our counsellors, getting in touch with the Agentur für Arbeit, downloading all the necessary documents regarding our course to show your case agent, and finally get the educational voucher!

You can delete and re-upload documents as many times as necessary before the counsellor approves your documents. Once they are approved, you need to get in touch with your counsellor should you want to change anything about the documents and information you provided us.

It is not mandatory to add the details of the appointment, but it would greatly help your counsellor to know when the appointment takes place to coordinate your course start.
