Match Doctors by Lingoda is an initiative of Lingoda, a Berlin-based online education company founded in 2012. Since 2020, the company launched courses of qualification and integration of international medical professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, surgical technical assistants, and anesthesia assistants, and has successfully prepared over 6,000 international healthcare professionals for their entry into the German healthcare system. Match Doctors focuses exclusively on preparing international doctors for the Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung. Our programs provide the medical, linguistic, and exam-specific knowledge required to pass these exams, along with practical guidance for working as a doctor in Germany. Since 2024, we have supported more than 1,000 doctors in successfully passing these exams and starting their medical careers in Germany.

To make education accessible and affordable, we guide international doctors in securing state funding for our courses. We designed the Kenntnisprüfung preparation course in collaboration with AMBOSS, one of Germany’s leading digital platforms for medical professionals, and continuously work together to enhance our preparation program.

Our Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung preparation courses are AZAV-certified (“Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung”), the official German quality standard for educational institutions. This certification confirms that we meet all government requirements and deliver high-quality, career-oriented training.

Thanks to our AZAV certification, our courses can be fully funded through the Bildungsgutschein. To make education accessible and affordable, our Educational Consultants support international doctors in securing state funding, allowing them to participate in our programs free of charge while receiving officially recognized training.

All our courses are delivered as live digital classes, led by experienced professional teachers and medical experts. Lessons take place in small groups, ensuring active participation, personalized feedback, and direct interaction with instructors. This live format combines the advantages of digital learning with the structure and support of a classroom experience.

Classes are hosted on Lingoda’s specially designed learning platform and are accessible from anywhere in Germany. We offer flexible schedules, including daytime and evening options, to accommodate different personal situations.

We believe digitalization is key not only to effective learning but also to efficient organization and support. For this reason, we developed MD Hub, a dedicated platform where participants can easily enroll in courses and communicate with our advisors whenever they need assistance.
