Match Doctors by Lingoda – Your Partner on the Path to Approbation and a Medical Career in Germany

Match Doctors by Lingoda is here to support internationally trained doctors obtain their approbation in Germany! We offer personalised guidance to secure  government-funding for our preparation courses for the Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung. Our unique approach focuses on supporting you through the process to obtain funding whether you are employed in the medical field or not. 

We offer three courses for international doctors: the Fachsprachprüfung (FSP) Preparation Course, focused on medical language training for the medical language exam;  the Kenntnisprüfung (KP) Preparation Course, designed in partnership with AMBOSS to prepare for the medical knowledge exam; and the Combo Course of Fachsprach- and Kenntnisprüfung, which combines both courses into one integrated program (with a single Bildungsgutschein).

A Bildungsgutschein is an educational voucher provided by the German Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) that covers the full cost of approved training courses, including our FSP and KP preparation courses. To be eligible, you need to have a completed medical degree and be living in Germany. If you meet these requirements, you are likely to qualify for funding. Match Doctors by Lingoda will guide you through the entire process — after registering, you will be assigned a personal contact who will support you with your application and assist you throughout the course. If state funding is not approved, you still have the option to join the course on a self-financed basis.

These courses are intended exclusively for doctors in human medicine.

All our courses are certified by AZAV, and can be fully funded by the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) with a Bildungsgutschein.

All of our preparation courses are developed by experienced doctors, medical professionals, and qualified teachers with deep expertise in the Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung. Our students consistently pass both the Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung exams thanks to the structured support and comprehensive training we provide. In comparison, the pass rate for self-learners typically remains below 50%. Through practice-oriented language training, specialized medical knowledge, and technical language skills reinforced by case discussions and exam simulations, our courses ensure you have everything you need to succeed in both exams.

Yes! Our Kenntnisprüfung course blends practical C1-level medical language training with theoretical knowledge based on the AMBOSS curriculum, and practical training through case studies, digital exchanges with doctors, and writing medical reports.

Absolutely! We offer part-time courses that are designed for employed medical professionals. With a flexible schedule, you can prepare for the FSP or KP exams while working in a hospital or medical practice in Germany. If you are already employed, you may also be eligible for state funding (Bildungsgutschein) – and we’ll support you throughout the application process.

Our courses cover all topics relevant to the medical language and knowledge exam in the various federal states (Bundesländer). In addition, the courses are AZAV-certified across all states.
